henchmen + underworld - Guild Wars Forums

i tried bringing henchmen into underworld, but when after the loading screen shows up they're all gone, as if i never brought them at all.

is that a bug? or did grenth's spokesman said something (that i didn't read) about not being able to bring them with you because they're just unworthy, stinky, low level henchmen?

does this happen with fissure too?

ye it happened to me in FoW aswell,its probably just like HoH were they really want u to party real players.

your kidding, you have to get a group with real player in order to get help in Underworld or FoW?

Well Underworld and the Fissure of Woe are elite areas of the game... you best taking humans down there.

Yea, I suspect the henchies are their for the lower lvls that are exploring around in the area outside the Temple. I dont believe the henchies would last 20 seconds even if they did make it threw to FoW or UW.....

a guildmate and i took 6 lvl20 henchmen from camp rankor and travelled north past snake dance.

we found grenth's statue and paid to get into underworld thinking that we would kick much booty with the lvl20 henches, since i consider that they're more reliable than the average pick up group (but i do admit they're more boring to hang around with).

needless to say, i was quite disappointed after the loading screen went away.

and anyway, it appears that bringing henchmen greatly decreases general drop rate and unid drops

we didn't care about farming the underworld. we just wanted to explore.
